1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • The item is returned with original tags and packaging

  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the product

Please note: Customized, altered, or clearance sale items are not eligible for return or refund.


2. Reasons for Return

We accept returns in the following situations:

  • Wrong item received

  • Size mismatch (if size differs from the order)

  • Defective or damaged item upon arrival

  • Item does not match the description

For hygiene purposes, innerwear, caps, and worn scrubs are non-returnable.


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  3. You’ll receive instructions for sending the item back to our warehouse.

  4. You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.

  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method.

  • You will be notified via email once the refund is processed.


5. Exchanges
